Compare the Somerset Patriots 6 Star Flag Armed Forces Green Tee and the Specialty Armed Forces Camo Tshirt on price, style, and fit to choose the right military appreciation shirt.
Quick answer
Choose the 6 Star Flag Armed Forces Green Tee if you want a straightforward green shirt with flag graphics and don't mind spending a few dollars more. Pick the Specialty Armed Forces Camo Tshirt if you prefer a camo pattern and want the lower price.
Price and value: what the extra $1.52 buys
The 6 Star Flag Green Tee is $28.49, while the Camo Tshirt is $26.97—a $1.52 difference. Both are marked down from a $37.99 comparison price, so the savings are similar in percentage terms. The green tee costs slightly more, but the gap is small enough that style should drive your decision more than price.
Design and pattern: solid vs camo
The green tee features a 6-star flag design, which gives it a clean, patriotic look that pairs easily with jeans or shorts. The camo tee uses a camouflage pattern, making it a bolder choice that stands out more. Neither product listing specifies fabric weight or material blend, so if you're sensitive to texture, check the product page for details before ordering.
Sizing and fit: both offer size options
Both shirts come in multiple sizes, but the catalog doesn't provide a size chart or fit description. That means you'll need to rely on the store's sizing guide or your previous experience with Somerset Patriots apparel. If you're between sizes, consider sizing up for a looser fit, especially with the camo tee if you plan to layer it.
Trade-offs to weigh
- Price vs design: The green tee costs $1.52 more but offers a classic flag look; the camo tee saves money but has a busier pattern. Decide if the flag design is worth the small premium.
- Pattern versatility: Solid green is easier to match with everyday outfits; camo makes more of a statement and may clash with patterned bottoms. Consider your wardrobe before choosing camo.
- Fit uncertainty: Neither listing includes a size chart, so you'll need to check the store's sizing resources or order your usual size. Measure a shirt you own and compare if unsure.
